FREE Statement Savings
This is a convenient way to save money. An easy-to-read monthly statement makes managing your finances simple. And you can transfer money between your Savings and Checking accounts anytime you want at an ATM machine, Telephone Teller, or Home Banking. You can even arrange for up to six automatic transfers per month.

Money Market
Earn a competitive Money Market rate of interest on your deposits. You can make unlimited deposits and up to six automatic transfers per month. Maintain a $2,000 minimum balance and you pay NO monthly service charge. Even if your balance falls below the minimum, you pay just $5 per month.*

Certificates of Deposit (CDs)
Earn a highly competitive, guaranteed rate of return with a Worcester Credit Union CD. We offer a range of terms, from 6 months to 36 months. Minimum deposit is just $500.* Interest earned on your CD can be credited to your checking or savings account. There is a penalty for early withdrawal.

Club Accounts
Having trouble saving for those big holidays and most wanted vacation? Your worries are now over with our Holiday and Vacation clubs. Here is how it works:

• Set-up automatic deposits from your savings or checking account or payroll deduction.
• Interest will be paid October 31st for Holiday Clubs and April 30th for Vacation Clubs.
• Your funds will be automatically transferred to your savings account on November 1st for Holiday Clubs and May 1st for Vacation Clubs.
• Program renews automatically as well as your payroll deductions if applicable.

PERSONAL CHECKING

Free Checking
We don't think our members should have to pay monthly service charges for their checking. With our FREE Checking Account, you can write all the checks you want, with NO monthly service charges, NO per-check fees, and NO minimum balance requirements.

You may also receive a FREE Worcester Credit Union VISA Debit Card that you can use to make purchases without writing a check, wherever VISA® is accepted. And, you can use the same card to get fast cash at ATMs around the world.

Preferred Checking
If you prefer to earn interest, then our Preferred Checking Account is for you. It pays a competitive rate of interest on your checking balance each month. Simply maintain a minimum balance of $500 to avoid monthly service charges. Even if you go below the minimum, you pay just $5 a month.* This account also comes with our versatile VISA Debit Card.

INDIVIDUAL RETIREMENT ACCOUNTS (IRA)

Traditional and Roth Individual Retirement Accounts
It's never too early to save for retirement. Interest earned on your traditional IRA is tax-deferred, and all or part of your annual contribution may be tax-deductible. Rollovers from a qualified plan or 401K are easy to arrange.

Coverdell Education Savings Account
The Coverdell Education Savings Account allows you to save for a child's education and may be established for the benefit of any child under age 18.

The FREE VISA Debit Card, available with our Checking accounts, offers unparalleled purchasing power and convenience. Use it to make purchases wherever VISA® is accepted, or use it for fast cash at NYCE® and Cirrus® ATM locations across the country and around the world.

Telephone Teller
Manage your accounts around-the-clock, from anywhere, with our 24-Hour Telephone Teller Service. Simply call 1-888-621-2295 and check account balances, transfer funds, or review the latest deposit and loan rates.

Basic Overdraft Protection
Protect yourself from the embarrassment and expense of bounced checks with our basic Overdraft Protection, available for both FREE Checking and Preferred Checking. You can arrange to have funds automatically transferred from your savings account, or from a personal line of credit (credit approval required) to cover overdrafts.

Courtesy Pay
Can automatically help protect you against having your checks returned in the event of an inadvertent overdraft of your checking account by providing a reserve for emergencies or unexpected situations. If you do not want to rely on savings transfers or a personal line of credit, Courtesy Pay can protect you. There is no annual fee for having this privilege on your account, you are only charged if you overdraw your account. Your account must be returned to a positive balance within 30 days.

Direct Deposit/Payroll Deduction
You’ll enjoy the benefits of Payroll Deduction and/or Direct Deposit of regularly recurring payments. Talk to your payroll department or call us.

Shared Branching
Shared branching is a network of credit unions that have united to create shared service centers. Credit unions can offer greater convenience for members to access their accounts just as if they were at their own credit union.

Members can enter any shared service center and make deposits and withdrawals, cash checks, make loan payments, and transfer funds between accounts. Members may also purchase Money Orders, Travelers Checks, Official Checks and obtain cash advances and balance inquiries. These shared service centers are located across the USA, as well as Germany, Italy, Japan, Korea, and Puerto Rico.
