Worcester First Program
The Worcester First Program is a special first time home buyer program specifically designed for the purchase of properties located in the City of Worcester. Down payments can be as low as 3%.

Down payment and/or closing cost assistance is available to income eligible borrowers through the City Managers Office of Neighborhood Services.

Worcester Credit Union provides reduced rates, attorney fee discount, free homebuyer counseling, payroll deduction or direct deposit, and a community homebuyers educational booklet for first time homebuyers.
